The project concerns the preservation, restoration, and extension of a listed early-20th-century building in Paleo Faliro, originally constructed between 1925 and 1929 as the “Erymanthos” hotel. The three-storey stone-masonry structure, influenced by Western European architectural traditions, has accommodated various uses over the years yet has never ceased operating. The proposal aims to restore and preserve its historic façades and surviving architectural elements, reintegrate the building into the evolving urban and coastal context, and reinstate its original function as a hotel. The design also includes ground-floor commercial uses and the addition of new spaces to support a sustainable and economically viable future for the building.
