Marbella Elix Hotel, Karavostasi
At the top of the hill overlooking Karavostasi beach, our design transforms the main four-storey building
of the Marbella Elix hotel complex into a serene retreat. The earthy tones and materials, such as stone
and marble, echo the beauty of the nearby Ionian Sea.
From the entrance on the upper level where the reception is located, in a space with a two-storey heightand an impressive visible wooden roof, the stunning view of the sea opens up. On each floorto discoverunique spaces-from the main restaurant under the reception and the “a la carte” restaurant to themodern gym and the pool bar and pool lounge with sea views.
Our design draws inspiration from the Ionian Sea and elements of Epirus, creating asimple yetimmersive experience that reflects the essence of the elevated lodge in Karavostasi Thesprotia.
